Prices do not include tax. Any duties or taxes charged at your destination are the recipient's responsibility.

When your piece ships, we email you its tracking link — the courier's own page, always current. Have an account? The same link lives in My Account, under your order. Lost the email? Write to info@zarjana.com and we will resend it.

Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Customised, bridal, Nikkah and limited edition pieces are final sale once production begins. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with a photograph — we will make it right and cover the return postage. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the piece reaching us.

Dry clean only. Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and handle embroidered areas gently.

It depends on the piece. Each piece's own page names its materials and techniques, so you can see exactly how that piece was made. A single piece can pass through several hands before it's complete.
