Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are. Zarjana is a handcrafted South Asian fashion house based in Pakistan, selling shawls, dupattas and suits via zarjana.com. Contact: info@zarjana.com.

2. Products. Pieces are handmade (zardozi, Naqshi, appliqué, hand painting, embroidery, traditional weaving). Small variations are part of their character; colours may vary slightly with screens. Many pieces are made in very small numbers or are one of one; a sold-out piece may not return in the same form.

3. Prices & payment. Prices are in USD. We accept cards through Stripe and payments through PayPal. Zarjana does not add tax at checkout; destination customs duties/import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility (see Shipping & Returns).

4. Orders. Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted and we email your order confirmation. If a one-of-one piece becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you straight away and make it right, including a full refund where a piece can’t be supplied.

5. High-value enquiries. Selected pieces are offered by enquiry only via WhatsApp, with no price or buy button online. Payment details for an enquiry piece are confirmed directly with you before any work begins.

7. Care. Follow the care guidance on the FAQ page; embellished pieces prefer gentle handling and professional dry cleaning where recommended.
