Every Zarjana piece is prepared by hand in Pakistan. Please allow 7–10 days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We will email you when your order is on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination:
- Pakistan — Free delivery (7–10 days)
- United Kingdom — Free delivery (7–10 days)
- United States — $23.50
- Sweden — $20.50
- Italy — $17.50
- Germany — $12.50
- France — $18.50
- Canada — $24.00
- Australia — $13.50
- Rest of the world — $34.00
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, choose Rest of World or write to us at info@zarjana.com and we will help.
Zarjana does not add tax at checkout. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the authorities in your country when your parcel arrives; where they apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Returns & exchanges
Most Zarjana pieces are made to order and handcrafted for the customer who ordered them.
Customised, personalised and bridal/Nikkah pieces are final sale: once production has started, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
For standard, ready-to-ship pieces, returns are limited. A piece may be returned only if it is unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you have contacted us at info@zarjana.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@zarjana.com as soon as you can and we will put it right.
