Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as gift cards and custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zarjana.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:

Late or Missing Refunds:

- Then contact your Credit/Debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@zarjana.com.
